KELLY CERIER

Kelly is the Head of Engineering at Epirus and an adaptive leader of both people and technology. With her background in electronic warfare and systems engineering, she has infused innovation with accountability to shepherd our products into the customers' hands.

Prior to Epirus, Kelly worked at Raytheon for 10 years where she was promoted to Electronic Warfare Systems' Chief of Staff. During her tenure, she was a system engineering lead on EA-18G’s Next Generation Jammer program from contract award through Milestone C, and served as a program manager for advanced programs within Electronic Warfare Systems. She has codeveloped system enhancements to enable a unique combination of electronic warfare, comms, radar, and SIGINT capabilities.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
